Kabul, Afghanistan – Afghan Women Organization for Rehabilitation (AWOR) is pleased to announce the signing of a Procurement Contract with the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (SCA) for the provision of medicines and medical equipment to the western region of Afghanistan.

Under this agreement, AWOR will supply essential medicines and medical equipment as part of SCA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen healthcare services and improve access to quality medical care. The total contract value is AFN 65.3 million, and deliveries will be completed in multiple phases in accordance with agreed technical specifications.

This partnership reflects AWOR’s commitment to supporting humanitarian and health initiatives and contributing to improved health outcomes for vulnerable communities, particularly women and children, in underserved regions.
